Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders, Monday through Friday, via USPS, to most countries worldwide from our office, headquartered in New York City, NY.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipments within the United States should arrive within 2-6 business days.
Priority / Express options are available for 1-2 day delivery to U.S. addresses.
All domestic shipping methods include online tracking. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking code to update on the USPS website. If you do not receive a shipping notice with within 24 hours following your order confirmation, please check your spam folder as these messages tend to get filtered out as junk mail.
Unlike Priority / Express shipping methods, orders shipped with First Class Mail will come with a general tracking number. It's important to note, First Class tracking numbers may not update your package location until the delivery date is assigned.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us by selecting Order Issue from the subject drop down menu, include your Order Number, and we will forward you your tracking number accordingly.
Vac Hack does not guarantee delivery dates for any domestic shipments.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery method you choose and your shipping address. We utilize real-time carrier shipping rates, which are based on your order's weight and it's destination address.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please review our Refund Policy for more information as it relates to your shipping obligations for returns and exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship to countries all around the world via USPS. With that said, because of Customs, it is difficult to estimate exact delivery times. On average, most international shipments arrive within two weeks, but occasionally delivery times may take a bit longer.
Orders shipped with the most affordable option, USPS First Class Mail International, typically arrive between 2-3 weeks, but again, these times may vary. It's also important to note that parcel tracking may not be available in your country.
Our international expedited shipping method options include parcel tracking and typically arrive within 10-14 days.
Again, Vac Hack does not guarantee delivery for international shipments.
International Shipping rates:
Your shipping will be calculated during checkout based on the method you choose and your shipping address. Similar to domestic postage calculations, we utilize real-time carrier shipping rates for international shipments as well. These too are based on both the weight of your order and your destination country.
International Returns & Exchanges:
At this time, we are unable to offer return postage to our international customers. If you are not completely satisfied, you may send your order back to us at your expense for a full refund.
Before doing so, however, please contact us by selecting Order Issue from the subject drop down menu and include your Order Number. We will reach out to you directly with more information surrounding our international return policy as it relates to your situation.
Custom Fees, VAT and Duties:
For our customers outside the United States, please be aware that you (or the recipient of your order), may be responsible for additional Customs Fees, VAT, or Duties charged during the process of delivering your order.
These fees are controlled by government authorities in the destination country and will vary from region to region. Unfortunately, is incredibly difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping your order, so we strongly suggest you inquire into the local and regional laws governing your area if you have further questions.
Should your international order require additional funds before being released, it will be held by your local post office. To that point, if more than two weeks have passed since you placed your order, and it has yet to arrive, please check with your local post office.
