Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your IR Sensor Shields must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received an approved refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Inquire with your issuing financial institution and verify the amount isn't reflected in account. Please note it may take up to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If more than 5 business days have past since you received confirmation that your refund was approved, and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us by selecting Order Issue from the subject drop down menu, include your Order Number, and we will investigate into the issue accordingly.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

EXCHANGES
Only orders which are damaged during shipping will be exchanged. If you need to make an exchange, due to transit damage, please document the damage with a photo and contact us immediately.  Select Order Issue from the subject drop down menu and include your Order Number to expedite the exchange process.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
